Infrastructure is one of the core activities within the Corporate Banking division. We offer a comprehensive range of financing solutions and expertise within the infrastructure market (such as data centers, glass fiber, renewables and ports). On the back of our in-depth sector knowledge and expertise, we have established a long-standing track record in this dynamic industry. Our team is active in the Benelux, Germany, UK & Ireland, and the Nordics. Our team consists of 14 dedicated, creative and enthusiastic professionals based in The Hague and London.  We are a hands-on team, able to move swiftly and eager to help our clients with tailor-made solutions. Our people are our strength, therefore we are committed to support colleagues acquiring skills and knowledge.

What will you do?

As an Analyst you are a full member of the execution and portfolio management team and assist in origination activities in our The Hague office. We work in small interdisciplinary teams with a clear client angle. You are involved in the execution of new business opportunities as well as in the day-to-day management of existing transactions.

  • Active involvement in portfolio management activities, such as reviewing performance of existing transactions, catch-up calls and being a contact person for our existing clients;

  • Analyzing company information to assist the deal team in transactions, including financial and market data and financial modelling;

  • Coordinating tasks with different internal departments, such as Legal, KYC, Compliance, Operations and other; and

  • Active involvement in the deal team by writing the transaction proposal and assisting with the closing.

  • A relevant Master’s degree with good academic results. We hire top talents from diverse university backgrounds ranging from economics and business administration, to law or technology; 

  • No experience required. However, a maximum of two years of working experience is optional (preferably in private equity, banking, corporate finance, consulting or the infrastructure industry). Activities showing affinity with finance and infrastructure and/or renewables (such as thesis, business courses or extra-curricular activities) is a plus;

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills;

  • Verbal and written communication skills (Dutch and English);

  • Good commercial skills and common sense;

  • A committed, self-starting and flexible team player;

  • Willingness to travel internationally.
