Career Events Attendance Policy

At B&R Beurs we value your participation in our career events and want to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all members. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our attendance policy.
1. Cancellation and Attendance
Members are expected to commit to attending career events once they have registered. If you find that you are unable to attend, you must notify us no later than three days before the scheduled event. You can do this by sending an email to career@bnrbeurs.nl or by informing a member of the board in person.
2. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
In the event of late cancellation (less than three days before the event) or a no-show, members will be placed on a blacklist. This means they will be ineligible to participate in any career events for the remainder of the academic year. The blacklisting takes effect upon confirmation of the late cancellation or no-show.
3. Blacklist Duration
For members blacklisted at the end of the academic year, the ban does not include the summer vacation and begins after the academic year concludes.
4. Removal from the Blacklist
Members on the blacklist have the opportunity to have their names removed by making a one-time payment of 25 euros. This payment must be made to the specified account before the member can rejoin future career events.

6. Changes to the Policy
B&R Beurs reserves the right to make changes to this policy. Members will be notified of any updates through our official communication channels.
