Stock Pitch Competition

SPC: June 4th 2024

We cordially invite you to partake in our Stock-Pitch Contest scheduled for the 4th of June. During this event, you will have the opportunity to present your investment concept to a panel comprised of industry partners. Over the following months, after your submission of a draft proposal, we will identify the top-performing teams and offer guidance as they prepare for the event. The selected teams will be privileged to present before the panel, and the ultimate victor will be bestowed with a suitable accolade. The day will culminate with a networking reception, allowing for more intimate interaction with the attending partners. Stay attuned to partner announcements for further details.

Rules:

  • Teams should consist of maximum 4 members.
  • Only teams who register before May 19th can register for the competition.
  • The pitch deck should contain: Company Overview, Stock Performance and Timeline, Market Overview, Stock Drivers, Risks & Valuation and Investment Thesis. 

Timeline:

  • May 19th: Closing of registrations.
  • May 24th: Deadline for the 1st draft of your Stock Pitch.
  • May 26th: Feedback provided on your first draft.
  • May 29th: Deadline for the 2nd draft of your Stock Pitch.
  • May 31st: Finalists announced via email.
  • June 2nd: Deadline for the Final Version.
  • June 4th: Stock Pitch Competition.

Stock Pitch Competition Day Schedule (June 4th):

  • 4:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.: Event begins
  • 4:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: Introduction of event & finalists
  • 4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: First pitch (30 minutes)
  • 5:00 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.: Q&A for first pitch (15 minutes)
  • 5:15 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.: Second pitch (30 minutes)
  • 5:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Q&A for second pitch (15 minutes)
  • 6:00 p.m. - 6:20 p.m.: Break (20 minutes)
  • 6:20 p.m. - 6:50 p.m.: Third pitch (30 minutes)
  • 6:50 p.m. - 7:05 p.m.: Q&A for third pitch (15 minutes)
  • 7:05 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.: Mentimeter & Judges decision
  • 7:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.: Judging & closing
