Loads of students are curious about investing but never actually jump in. Finance can feel stiff, intimidating and a bit stressful, like you need to know everything before you’re allowed an opinion.
We started BASK because we think it should be the opposite.
BASK Investments is a B&R Beurs investment group, started in 2026 by a few Erasmus students who wanted somewhere to talk markets, pitch ideas and learn from each other, without the suits and the jargon. Any study, any year, any background. If you’re curious and up for defending your ideas, you’ll fit right in.
We take the investing seriously. Everything around it, a lot less. Pitch nights turn into drinks, drinks turn into nights out, and some of our best ideas so far have come up over a pitcher at de Smitse.
Think of it less as a club and more as a team: people who push each other to get sharper, and actually enjoy doing it together.
