Description

As a Graduate Quantitative Trader, you will undergo an extensive six-month training program that combines advanced theory with hands-on market-making experience. 


Your journey includes:


First 4 Weeks: Mastering the fundamentals of options theory, trading systems, and tools through engaging lectures and hands-on shadowing sessions led by our experienced traders.
Next Phase: Applying your knowledge by contributing to a research or development project aligned with your assigned desk’s current focus, working under the close guidance of a mentor quant, and supported by ongoing coaching, technical training, and performance feedback.

In this role, you will:


Dive into options theory, learn our business operations, and become familiar with our systems.
Play a pivotal role in developing automated analysis programs and trading algorithms within a few months.
Monitor and optimize strategy performance.
Enhance pricing models.
Build, maintain, and improve the company’s codebase and technology stack.
Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as your knowledge grows. 

Your Profile:


A Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field: STEM, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance (or related fields)
Strong interest in option trading and financial markets, demonstrated through courses attended and/or experience
Result-driven and able to prioritize
Strong at pattern recognition
You excel at applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges
Coding is second nature to you, with Python experience considered a valuable asset.
Ready to excel in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written English skills
